A warehouse complex in an industrial zone near Stara Zagora, renamed during the design into a regional logistics hub with an administrative centre.
The development consists of two rows of five separate buildings, divided by fire walls and built of non-combustible wall and roof panels. The first building in each row is two-storey, with a retail zone, offices and ancillary rooms. The others are single-storey warehouses with an office and staff rooms.
For the warehouse part a technology design was prepared, which defines the type and kind of the racking system.
Accessibility
At the main entrance to the retail halls there are two double accessible parking spaces with tactile strips in the paving. Each building has an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
