A single-storey single-family house for six with an integral garage and a covered veranda, placed along the northern boundary of the plot so that the garden with the pool faces south. The house contains a living room with dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and a garage with a separate entrance. Built-up and gross floor area approx. 219 m²; reinforced concrete frame structure.
The office produced sketches, visualisations and a video, the technical design with coordination of all disciplines, including landscaping, and carried out site supervision.
