A two-storey single-family house for six on a sloping site, placed along the northern boundary of the plot. The lower level holds a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom and service rooms; the upper level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a covered terrace. Built-up area 148 m², gross floor area 218.3 m², height 7.3 m; reinforced concrete frame structure.
The office produced the technical design with coordination of the disciplines, visualisations and a video, bills of quantities and a BIMx model.
