A two-storey single-family house with a gabled tiled roof in a suburban area. The two levels hold a living room with dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms, a storeroom and bathrooms; to the south, the upper floor has a terrace with a glass balustrade above the living room's glazed front. Built-up area approx. 86 m², gross floor area 157 m², height 6.25 m; reinforced concrete frame structure.
The office produced the technical design with coordination of the disciplines, visualisations and an animation, and a bill of quantities of materials from the 3D model.
