A two-storey single-family house for six with a double garage, on a plot above the town. The ground floor holds a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, service rooms and a garage with internal access to the living area; the first floor has the bedrooms. Following the change during construction, built-up area approx. 201 m², gross floor area approx. 285 m², height 7 m.
The office produced the concept design with visualisations, the technical design with coordination of all disciplines, a 3D virtual walkthrough and the design for the change during construction.
