A single-storey single-family house for four on an irregular, sloping plot. The garden is laid out on two levels — one for parking and one for the building, with a garden at the top and a terrace off the living room. Built-up and gross floor area 96.7 m², height 5.30 m; steel load-bearing structure with dry-assembled wall and roof systems.
The office produced the concept and technical designs with coordination of the disciplines, the approval by the municipality, a bill of quantities from the BIM model and an animation.
