A single-storey holiday house without a basement on a flat plot, placed in its northern part so that the garden opens to the south. The composition is horizontal, with roof planes at staggered heights and wide eaves; the facades combine a stone plinth, timber cladding and dark metal. Net floor area approx. 236 m², height 5.68 m; cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure with a timber roof.
The office produced the technical design in all disciplines, a BIM model, a bill of quantities from the model and a BIMx model.
