A two-storey house on sloping terrain, placed along the northern boundary of the plot and stepped to follow the level difference.
The lower level holds the entrance hall with the staircase, a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a utility room, a bathroom and a plant room. The covered veranda faces the yard. The upper level holds two bedrooms, a bathroom, a store and a covered terrace connected to both bedrooms. The house is for six occupants, with a parking space on the plot.
