A mixed-use building on a compact triangular plot in an urban setting. The two basement levels hold garages, parking spaces and storerooms, accessed by a car lift; the ground floor has the entrance to the residential part, a shop and an office with its own entrance, and the upper floors are residential, with a penthouse with roof terraces on the attic floor. The building has 17 apartments, a gross floor area of approx. 1725 m² and a height of 15 m; cast-in-situ reinforced concrete load-bearing structure.
The office is the general designer: technical design, accessibility revisions, design for changes during construction, visualisations and a BIM model.
