A single-storey house in a village near Stara Zagora, placed along the northern boundary of the plot so that the yard remains to the south.
The rooms face in all directions according to their use: an entrance hall with a corridor, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a garage with a separate entrance and an enclosed link to the house, a store and a plant room. The covered veranda faces the yard. The house is designed for six occupants.
