A centre for the presentation, sale and servicing of agricultural machinery. The building stands in the middle of the plot, which is accessible from three streets, and the surrounding land is used as a display area for the machines.
The ground floor holds the entrance with a foyer, a shop, an office, staff rooms, three service bays for agricultural machinery and a canopy. The first floor holds an events hall, an office, a reception for visitors and a staff room.
The roof carries the company's sign, visible from the road.
